Reonico original guitar pickups

RC-XXX

In order to be installed in Triple Cross's Rasta (top) and Thurth (middle), which are very high-level guitars that can freely respond to the sensitivities of players, this is an original pickup that was jointly developed over a long period of time with Nohira Kobo to meet high-level requirements such as bite, high-frequency extension, low-frequency clarity, picking nuances, and even wabi-sabi.

Now that it is available on the general market, we have added some arrangements so that you can enjoy these tones on instruments other than Triple Cross guitars.

The size is the same as a Gibson humbucker.

Please try it out.

This pickup was jointly developed to be installed in the new bass "Fusa" by Nohira Kobo, known for the Triple Cross series.

This small and simple pickup produces a sound that is hard to imagine.

It responds to the player's sensibilities to the fullest, from sweet jazz and soul tones to tight deep bass.

This time, it has been arranged for general sale so that basses other than Triple Cross can demonstrate their original performance.

Although it is a PAF clone, it is designed to faithfully reproduce the sound of the mounted guitar rather than the unique sound of the pickup itself.

You can enjoy a balanced sound by adjusting the bite, mid-high range extension, and low range that does not become boomy depending on the guitar (solid or ,Hollow Body etc.) mounted.

This is a humbucker-sized single coil pickup.

It is the same size as a Gibson humbucker, so it can be mounted directly on a Les Paul or SG. The plate is flat, so it can be mounted on Fender guitars without having to make a deep hole.

It has a different structure from the P90, so you can enjoy a Fender-like bite and high-frequency extension.

RSB

Bar magnet model for Stratocaster

Strong projection, outstanding high-frequency extension, and a very thick front tone

Recommended for those who want a powerful Stratotone or use the front as their main guitar.

This model can be mounted on a Stratocaster as is.

Due to the shape of the top, a ready-made cover cannot be used, but the coil is securely protected with cotton thread like the bridge side of a Telecaster, so you can use it with confidence.

TL-AC

It will be a pickup with the image of an acoustic sound with a telecaster. The solid body produces an acoustic "like" tone.

The acoustic sound part is held in the front pickup, and the bridge pickup balances the volume and tone so that it can be played with a normal telecaster sound.

The front has a low resistance value that does not impair the acoustic sound, but the volume is raised to the limit, and the rear has a high resistance value that does not impair the telecaster sound, but the volume is suppressed to the limit.

You can switch to an acoustic "like" sound just by switching on the guitar side without using attachments. You can enjoy the crispy and compressed sound in the center position as usual.

TL-AS

It will be a bridge pickup that imaged that Telecaster of Andy Summers.

Staggered specification using Alnico3 for the pole piece. The same 43 AWG plain enamel wire as the broadcaster is used, and with a large number of turns, the power is increased and the high range is suppressed a little to balance with the front humbucking. It has a glossy and stretchy sound and is set at the point where it is too distorted. By mounting it directly on the body with a 500kΩ pot and a 0.022μF capacitor, it produces a powerful sound that is comparable to front hambackers. The center is arranged so that the muffled sound of the front is not emphasized by suppressing the high range a little, so you can enjoy a crispy and compressed sound in the center.

TL-76

The set is inspired by Joe Walsh's 1976 Telecaster.

The rear pickup has a staggered pole piece of Alnico 3. Due to the large number of turns, you get a glossy, stretchy sound with a slight emphasis on the midbottom range. Set at the beginning of the distortion, it's a very easy-to-use tone for rock, while still retaining the Telecaster feel. The front is conscious of the sound of the center position, and by wrapping the Alnico 3 pole piece with a thick barbed wire of the same 42 AWG thickness as the Strat, it is a thick and intense sound that emphasizes the mid-low range. In the center position, it is set so that the rock sound is easy to come out while emphasizing the midrange. The front pickup in the photo is reverse, but you can also select non-reverse.

We also recommend mounting the Strat pickup on the front. If you increase the number of revolutions a little and balance it with the rear, you can enjoy the sound peculiar to Strat with a strong push that emphasizes the bounce of the mid-low range and bass. Surprisingly, jazz tones are easy to create and even jazz and fusion guitarists can enjoy them on the Telecaster.

TL-63

This set is based on the image of Mike Bloomfield's Telecaster from the Paul Butterfield era.

The rear pickup has a staggered pole piece of Alnico 5. With a small number of turns, it produces a glossy, slightly fat and bite-like sound with a slightly emphasized high range. The front is non-reverse, and the setting is such that picking nuances are easy to come out while having a slightly sweet sound. This sound is easy to use for Soul and Jazz. At the center, the crispy and "Inatai" sound that matches any genre with just the right middle is also attractive.

TL-55

It will be a 1955 model specification that adopted a staggered pole piece of the white pickguard period for the rear pickup.

As a result of winding based on the numerical value of the 1955 model, the outline of the sound has a crisp tone without blurring. Also, by using Alnico 3 for the magnet, you can feel the bite feeling and the good extension of the sound. At the same time as being crisp, it produces a thick and energetic sound.

The front has a slightly sweet tone, but the high frequencies are sufficiently high, so you can experience a pleasant sound in the chord work. Coupled with that, at the center, you can control from that "Inatai" sound to a fairly sweet tone without muffled.

Bridge approx. 6.45KΩ, front approx. 6.95kΩ Alnico 3 plain enamel Front is non-reverse.

You can also choose reverse for the front.

TL-STD

The rear pickup is a staggered pole piece specification. The wire is covered with a 42AWG heavy foam bar, which is the same thickness as the Strat. The front is made of 0.055mm polyester coated wire made in Japan. Normally, plain enamel wire is used for the telecaster, but this time we used one with stable quality performance and durability, and the results were good, so we commercialized it.

As a result of winding based on the numerical value after 1955, which can be said to be the standard of Telecaster, although the numerical value itself is relatively restrained, it has become a so-called Telecaster-like tone with some emphasis on high frequencies. Also, by using Alnico 5 for the magnet, it has a very bite feeling and a strong tone.

The front has a sweet tone, but the high frequencies are well out, and the chord work is crisp and you can experience a pleasant sound. Along with that, at the center, if you squeeze the tone control from that "Inatai" tone, you can enjoy Jazz-type play that is sweet but does not impair the tension.

TL-SS

The rear pickup is a flat pole piece Alnico 3 specification.

The number of turns is reduced so that it is suitable for alder bodies and thin lines, and the numerical value is also modest, and the high range is emphasized a little.

It's quite a bite-like feeling, and it has a tongue-in-cheek feeling.

The front uses the same wire as the Strat, which is 42 AWG thicker than usual, and the number of turns and the numerical value are almost the same as the Strat of the 1950s. It is thick and sweet, with a bouncy wound string tone and a strat-like sound that does not become muffled even when the tone is squeezed.

At the center, it is easy to use for almighty, from the so-called nasty sound with emphasized midrange to the sweet tone with squeezed tone.

The front is reverse (reverse magnetic reverse winding), but you can also choose non-reverse.

TL-59

The rear pickup has a staggered pole piece of Alnico 5.

With a little more turns, the midrange is emphasized and the sound is quite fat and has a bite-like feel.

The overtones in the high frequencies that are offensive to the ears are spoiled, and are set at the very limit of distortion.

The front pickup produces a crisp, sweet tone while suppressing unnecessary bass. Reverse (reverse magnetic reverse winding) will cancel the hum at the center.

At the center, the sweet and crispy "Inatai" tone is perfect for soul-based cutting. You can also choose non-reverse front.

For the front, you can also choose a front pickup called TL59FS that uses a wire of the same size as the AWG42, which is thicker than usual, as a variation.

It is almost the same as the Stratocaster pickup, and you can enjoy a Stratocaster tone with a more single-layer bite feeling that emphasizes the mid-high range. It was

You can choose non-reverse for both front pickups.

Alnico 3 can also be selected as the rod magnet.

The rear pickup has a flat pole piece of Alnico 5.

Broadcaster specifications using 43 AWG plain enamel wire, which is thinner than usual. With a large number of turns, it produces a slightly thick and glossy sound with emphasized low and midrange, and a pleasant sound that stretches well.

The harsh high-frequency overtones are spoiled, so you can enjoy the pleasant feel of chord work. Surprisingly, it is an almighty sound that does not choose a genre.

The front pickup is reverse (reverse magnetic reverse winding), and you can enjoy the crispness and bite feeling while suppressing unnecessary bass. Aiming for a usable front, it plays a tone that can be used without being muffled even with a sweet setting suitable for Jazz and soul.

At the center, the front is reversed, so ham will be cancelled. An almighty tone with an emphasized "Inataku" sweet in the mid-high range.

Alnico 3 flat pole piece specifications

54 year model specification using 42AWG heavy form var wire

It's the most basic pickup, but by using the Alnico3 magnet, it's a very lively tone. It is set at the very limit of distortion. It's a pickup like "If you get lost, this", but it's a Strat's standard topic up where you can feel waviness and rust as you use it.

In the photo, Middle is non-reverse, but you can also choose reverse (reverse magnetic reverse winding).

You can also choose Alnico 5 for the rod magnet.
